Maite Itoiz TOUR 2010 ELFENTHAL, “An Ancient Winter Story” is the new Early music project and ensemble that she is getting ready right now. The ensemble will be formed by Maite (soprano, lute player, baroque guitar and recorder player) John Kelly (also as a singer, Renaissanse lute-guitar player and percussionist) and an ensemble of several members, specialized singers and instrumentalists (viola da gamba, Renaissance violin, nyckelharpa, sac de gemecs, cornemusses, flutes, historic percussion... The repertoire will be formed by some of the most beautiful musical works starting from the X century and up to baroque times. Codex Calixtinus, Hildegard von Bingen, Alfonso X, Llibre Vermell, Guerrero, T. L. de Victoria, Juan del Encina.... At the same time she is producing a new album in studio.
